David M. Johnson
Vice President, Operations

Dave was appointed VP of Operations in October 2007 and is responsible for North American Small Ticket Credit, operations, new business, customer service, collections, end of term and asset managment. Dave joined ICF in 1999 and served as Credit Manager for US Small Ticket operations from 2001. Previously, Dave was with US West Cellular working in various credit managerial capacities. Dave has extensive experience working with automated credit scoring and other credit-related information systems. Dave holds a bachelors degree in Finance from Western Washington University.

Tony Sedlacek
Vice President, Wholesale Originations

Tony was appointed VP of Wholesale Originations in October 2007 having previously held the position of VP Portfolio Management since March 2003. Tony has over 20 years experience in the commercial equipment leasing and finance industry. Tony has held various management roles with national equipment finance companies as VP of Portfolio Services and VP Business Development. During his career, Tony has had responsibilities for all aspects of operations and sales such as credit, customer service, collections/recoveries, litigation, marketing and sales. Tony currently maintains the designation of a Certified Leasing Professional.
